A most fitting tribute was delivered by Arthur's brother, Earl Sparkman.

Left out of the pictures in my rush, but present at Bino Hillis' Restaurant on Saturday, 5 March 2005, at the table closest to the cashier were: Tina Maynard Sparkman and her sister Betty Maynard Rosco; and Hubert and Anna Sparkman Matthews, the oldest daughter of James and Opal Sparkman.
